Christine graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. Her dishes revisit traditional French cuisine but use different flavors and tastes.     My wife took me out for a birthday dinner and I couldn't have been more pleased. Owner Stephan and maitre d' Milan were friendly, professional and made the evening fun and lighthearted with their knowledge and their humor. Very nice wine list if you enjoy fine wines at reasonable prices and our dishes, each and every one, were well prepared and delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant. For those who may avoid going to an upscale French establishment such as Chez Catherine thinking it too "snooty" or fancy for you, put that thought out of your mind and go. The owner and staff here will make you feel like you are in France and ensure you have a great experience. we will be returning.

    I was hesitant at first with this being attached to a hotel, but the food was exquisite--perfect for a date night or an above average cost for dinner. The burrata was out of this world and the lobster roll had a hidden mayo/lemon combo that had me tossing up my hands with excitement. My wife had the Salmon over a pumpkin and curry squash that was EASILY the star of the show. We both left planning for when we could make the drive back for another meal. Highly recommended.
