Was greeted right away and with our reservation we were seated immediately with the patrons in front of us having a walk in 2 hr wait. Our waiter was AMAZING- apparently he is called the “Legend of Rosemont”. He was attentive, professional and went along with multiple husbands humor. We both ordered the different sized filets and were cooked to perfection! The Crème Brûlée was perfect! Our server Julian took good care of us and gave us a great explanation of the menu and recommendations on what Perry’s is known for. We went with the pork chop bite skewers, pan seared scallops appetizers, field green, pear & candied pecan salad and the piece de resistance prime porterhouse for 2 and truffle steak fries….Chefs kiss. Everything cooked perfectly, great service and reasonable prices for what you get. The Wagyu Steak special was one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten, (cooked perfectly to order) and I’ve dined at some of the finest steakhouses in the country.
