For Valentines Day, my wife andI had the pleasure of dining at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House, located within the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The restaurant’s ambiance captures the vibrant essence of New Orleans, creating a lively yet intimate setting. The service was impeccable; our server was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with insightful recommendations. We began our meal with the fried oysters and gumbo—both appetizers were flavorful and set the tone for the evening. For the main course, I opted for the king salmon and mill grits-both packed with rich bold flavor My wife enjoyed the Carolina seafood jambalaya, a hearty dish brimming with perfectly cooked seafood and rich, spicy flavors.. Overall, Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House offers a dining experience that combines exceptional food, outstanding service, and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s a must-visit for anyone seeking a taste of New Orleans in the heart of Las Vegas.

Amazing look, food and experience but service could be a bit faster

The food was fantastic, we had the short rib lasagna and the salmon. The tiramisu was delicious as well. Service was definitely lacking for a pretty quiet night unfortunately. Thankfully, the food makes up for it.

It was an amazing venue for a birthday celebration. We had 5pm reservation, and they greeted us as soon as the restaurant opened, and we were seated at the bookshelf side. The interior design was stunning, and I really loved how cozy and beautiful it felt the whole time we had dinner. We ordered crab dip and fillet mignon with a side of brussel sprout, which were all amazing. As a birthday surprise, they presented us with a gourmet cotton candy as well! I thought it was very cute and thoughtful. I’d definitely recommend it for any occasion :) can’t wait to be back.
