The Filet Mignon was cooked perfectly! My wife liked the Oysters and the Snapper. Flounder was flaky and delicious. The cornbread had a delicious sweetness and it was a bit crunchy. The Louisiana crawfish etoufee was a true disappointment as it had battered shrimp and little crawfish all in a noodle sauce instead of rice! This is why the 4 stars. The bread pudding did not disappoint. The prices are higher than some of the competition. My husband (etoufee) will not return! The one thing I would change is the noise level. They might refer to it as energetic, I thought it was a little too loud. Made it necessary to speak louder and it seemed like a competition.
