GW Fins delivers an exceptional dining experience that perfectly balances sophistication with genuine hospitality. My wife and I visited for her birthday dinner, the staff went above and beyond to make the occasion special, even decorating our table for the celebration. What truly sets GW Fins apart is the remarkable freshness of their seafood. The fish was undoubtedly the freshest I've ever tasted - a testament to their commitment to quality and their seafood expertise. Each bite revealed clean, vibrant flavors that only come from impeccably sourced ingredients. Service was impressively quick and efficient without ever feeling rushed. The staff moved with practiced precision while still maintaining a warm, attentive presence throughout our meal. For anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in New Orleans, especially for special occasions, GW Fins proves itself worthy of its stellar reputation. The combination of outstanding seafood, attentive service, and thoughtful touches makes it a standout destination for seafood lovers and celebration-seekers alike.

What a great experience! My family dined at Chophouse March 8, 2025, and enjoyed it tremendously. Moe, our waiter, was very personable, and did a great job of spacing out our four course meal perfectly, allowing us to visit without feeling rushed. Great job!

French onion soup and gumbo both excellent. Very generous portions. Specialty bread perfect with soups. Beef medallions and mashed potatoes excellent. Beef ordered medium well and still very tender. Eggplant with pasta was soooo good! Ordered it with crabmeat topping. Had to bring eggplant home because I was full after French onion soup and bread. Will enjoy it for lunch.
