For appetizers we had Scarlet Bites and the Elote dip. The bites were crispy with enough sauce to add spice, but not drown them. Served with a Boursin Ranch that I didn’t need, but it was so good you need to try it. The elote dip was creamy with lots of flavor! I could eat it with a spoon, but the chips they serve with it adds to the goodness! I had the stuffed poblano and my wife had the short ribs. Everything was cooked perfectly with lots of flavor! I did not like the fact the waitress did not tell us the small cups and the big cup cost the same price. The food was really good and well seasoned.
