- OTOpenTable DinerCalgary / Southern Alberta •1 review5.0Dined on 17 Nov 2024Fabulous dinner, we got the prix-fixe menu with the 36oz Tomahawk and would highly recommend it while it's still available. Paul our server and Kieran the food runner were both excellent and took great care of us! 10/10 eveningMore infoThe Grill Room at The Fairmont Chateau WhistlerPrice: Very Expensive• Regional American (Northwest)• Whistler Village•4.7
- OTOpenTable DinerVancouver / British Columbia •1 review5.0Dined on 15 Nov 2024We went during their prix fixe 4 course dinner. Value was great. For $59, you can get appies and mains that other fine dining restaurants in Whistler are charging as upgrades including steak and salmon tartare and dry aged striploin. I did find that the XO sauce in the amuse bouche, tartare and scallops were a bit too much and repetitive. Everything was done perfectly other than too much XO.More infoThe Den at Nita Lake LodgePrice: Very Expensive• Regional American (Northwest)• Whistler Creekside•4.3
