The Farehouse is located in the heart of the historic Taylors Mill’s Dock No. 3. The mill began its life as the Southern Bleachery and Piedmont Print Works during the height of the Greenville area’s reign as the Textile Capital of the World. Closing as a mill in 1965, the building found a variety of partial uses until revitalization efforts began in the mid 2000s. While many mill revitalization projects have converted mills into condos and other residential projects, the Taylors Mill is proud to be the largest grassroots project of its kind in the upstate of South Carolina. Today the Taylors Mill seeks to facilitate craft and commerce for a new generation in the heart of Taylors, SC. The Taylors Mill is reclaiming creative community.     This place never disappoints. Today I tried a special of the day chicken poblano sandwich which was off the charts. Like a 7 year old I got tater tots and they were perfect. I come here weekly because of the broad menu and everything I’ve tried was very good. Great atmosphere, beautiful restaurant, great bar and superb service.

    I recently dined at Fork & Plough and was thoroughly impressed. The Brussels sprouts were perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor. The beef Wellington was a highlight of the meal; the pastry was flaky and the meat, tender and rich. The lobster was succulent and beautifully presented. To top it off, the crème brûlée was divine - the perfect balance of creamy custard and crisp caramelized sugar. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommended for a special dining experience.”

    Wonderful experience for lunch. Everything we had was delicious and the service excellent!! The calamari was cooked perfectly tender. The shrimp puttanesca and scallops were equally delicious and of course our desserts of cheesecake and lemon berry cream pie were outstanding! Our favorite place to for breakfast, lunch or dinner!!
