Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. Absolutely excellent. All the food was outstanding. We were seated upstairs which was a little quieter and it made the evening more enjoyable. Our server, Bar, added to our experience. I’ll give him a 10 for making the evening the best it could be. Looking for a restaurant in the Haddonfield area, select Verona. It is the best. Gluten free options and BYOB.
