Jack Timmons grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over three decades. In 2012, he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M, then toured many historic barbecue temples of Central Texas. For the PNW area this is a pretty good BBQ joint. I am from North Carolina and had a Dallas person on our table and we both agreed the food was pretty good and the real thing. Service was a bit spotty. Our server was nice, but they were not appropriately staffed on a Wednesday. If you are looking for good BBQ at good prices, this is a good place to visit.

The food was delicious!!! I had the Lemon shrimp Gnocchi, my grandson had a small pizza and my guy had a Italian Grinder and he said it was delicious... The pizza was delicious as well... And our server and other waitstaff were awesome!!! We will come again and again... Oh and we had Garlic knots and they were delicious also!!😋😋😋

We went late at night, and it was such a nice time because it wasn’t busy at all. We were seated right away, and our waitress was so sweet—she came over quickly to take our drink orders and brought them back just as fast. My sister was the only one who ordered dinner since the rest of us weren’t super hungry, but she absolutely loved her meal. She ate every last bite, so I know it must’ve been delicious! After dinner, we headed to the arcade, and wow, there were so many fun games to play! The prizes were great too, and I loved how easy it was to load credits onto a money card—no fumbling with tokens or tickets. It’s such a perfect place for families or a group of friends to have a fun, carefree night. I’d definitely recommend it!
