Best Southern American Restaurants in Beaufort

Great meal beginning to end. Friendly helpful servers, off the charts food - beef tenderloin, lamb meatloaf, grilled Caesar salad one of the best ever. Was tempted by the tuna special but the meat will provide better leftovers - huge portions.

The service was outstanding—our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel truly welcomed. The food was exceptional, with every dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The fried green tomatoes as appetizer and the pecan fried chicken were absolute standouts. You can tell the chef puts great care and thought into the menu. This is a terrific restaurant. The menu is quite basic, but everything is prepared expertly, and the staff is both welcoming and professional. Whenever we're in Charleston we never miss a visit. My faves are the local Low-Country seafood items and the filet. Again, a basic menu but all the bases are well covered. Oh... and that coconut cake. "Extraordinary" doesn't do it justice.

Service and food was exceptional. We came for lunch and the service we received and the food we ate were both absolutely incredible. This was our best meal of our weekend trip and we are incredibly thankful to the staff.

We had the Cinco de Mayo menu. The homemade chips and guacamole were my favorite.
