Saffron serves an eclectic mixture of traditional Indian Cuisine punctuated by the flavors of the Himalayas. Our food stand true to its roots and origin while we source most of our produce locally. All dishes, sauces, naans and desserts are made in house from scratch. We are proud to be the first restaurant in Austin with a dedicated Nepalese menu.
