   My absolute favorite place to dine in Pittsburgh! Chef Pino's caring and creativity shine through his delicious, satisfying dishes. I especially appreciate the healthier choices he incorporates into many dishes. The perfect place to forge warm connections with friends and family over fabulous food.

   Once again, dinner at Pino's is nothing short of fabulous. Cocktails, some new, for the holiday season and winter were really good -- kudos to Pino's bartender and creativity. The entree dishes were cooked to perfection and you can taste the care that Chef Pino and his kitchen staff take to prepare every dish. Lucky us, our table of four was able to speak with Jen for quite a while just after we arrived -- she was very informative about the newer cocktails and some of the newer entrees + wine pairings. Just a great dinner. Again !

   Waited about 40 minutes for my food to come. Restaurant wasn’t packed or anything, and I was a table of one. I had just ordered a carbonara with extra mushrooms, not a particularly time intensive dish, Id think. Beyond that, while the food wasn’t bad, the bill came out to around $70 with tip. The two drinks likely ballooned the bill somewhat, but I could get a comparable meal for $50 elsewhere is more my point. Good chance it was an off day, this was the day after thanksgiving after all. My own office is closed then because people so often take off work after thanksgiving for the long weekend, don’t see why that would be untrue elsewhere. But still. I had a less than stellar time, and dont see myself coming back. I can get comparable service and just as good food for cheaper elsewhere.

   We ordered 2 appetizers, 4 entrees and 3 desserts and all of the things we ordered were fabulous! Its great when you can go to a restaurant and everyone leaves raving about how good everything was!

   Our 2nd time dining here. It was our 46th anniversary and we were congratulated several times by staff. Our entrees of fresh pasta were excellent. We shared rosoto balls and carrot & beet salad - both yummy. The suggested wines were lovely. Finishing up with Apple Costini with whipped mascarpone was a delicious ending served by the chef.

    As always this restaurant is a hidden neighborhood gem!! Fantastic food, service, ambiance. Each time I come I try and bring someone that has never been there and you always deliver to a fantastic dining experience.
