Sadie is very accommodating and cheerful! Multiple dietary allergies easily and cheerfully accommodated—and we greatly appreciate that!

Crab dip and wagyu burger topped the list! But service was horrible considering they earned 20% regardless. Private event meant no bowling for our fam and essentially never saw our waitress again after we ordered dinner (to check on our meal or order more drinks). Not what one would expect from a restaurant at the Broadmoor.

We had dinner at Play at the Broadmoor during numerous football games the noise level was fine for the occasion. The food menu is small and not that good. We had nachos and cheese curds. The nachos were nothing special. It had more white cheese sauce than melted cheese. Our first batch of cheese curds had no cheese. They brought us a second patch and they were better. Service was okay, but we didn’t get much attention to our drinks. Great place to watch sports and have drinks, but I would pass on the food.

I can’t say enough about the service. We messed up our reservation. We thought we had reservations for the Bowling alley and for the restaurant. The Hostess Brook apologized for what was my mistake. We sat and had drinks before our dinner. Gabrielle, our server was attentive and greeted us with a smile. Before dinner the hostess Brook recognize we were still there and asked if we wanted to fill in a cancellation slot! I believe she went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. We were also excited to see that we had Gabrielle as our server once we got to our bowling lane. Overall great experience and would recommend to anybody staying at the Broadmoor! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst experience that I have ever had at the Broodmoor Resort. I cannot believe this restaurant is part of the 5 star resort. The food was of poor quality and highly over priced. Everything was overdone. We ordered our burgers medium rare. When the server brought them out, one was marked medium rare and the other was marked medium well. When we mentioned that both should be medium rare, she made no attempt to correct the error. To make matters worst, both burgers were definitely medium well. The pork katsu and fried chicken were both extremely dry which made them hard to eat. The tonkatsu sauce tasted like an inexpensive store bought brand. Our waiter went on break before we finished our meal. We were informed by a person who I assumed was the manager. He never asked us how our meal was. He just asked if we needed a box and brought us our check. I would never go back to Play at the Broadmoor.

Pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. Food was very good. The atmosphere was old school clubby - not reminiscent of any bowling alley. Lots of sports screens but they didn’t dominate room. Very good service. This reservation got us past Broadmoor guard to valet park during busy holiday season.

Christmas so service probably affected but server was absent and absentminded. Forgot everything we asked her for and we had to enlist other servers for help. Food was bland and barely warm. Those in our group who got burgers were happy the rest of us were disappointed.

Absolutely would not recommend. Took my family for a Christmas Eve dinner and was extremely disappointed. Appetizers came out cold and only 2 minutes before the main course. Had to send salad back because the chicken was so dry it was like eating jerky. The wagyu brisket sandwich tasted like a sloppy Joe. Had to call waitress over multiple times to check on food status or get a refill of water. Would not recommend. Only upside was that the manager was kind and comped the appetizers and salad without out us asking.
