   We had a great time. Excellent wine suggestion from the server. Escargot and beef tartare were both authentic and delicious. Very much enjoyed the duck cassoulet. Can't wait to go back.

   Our waitress, Candice, was engaging and helpful with our menu selections. The cassoulet was delicious. The beef short rib was tender and flavorful. The portions were generous. Looking forward to my next meal there. 😋

   It took so long to get our orders. They were prepared decently, however, I was not impressed with the quality. It felt like very much a tourist Palm Springs restaurant. I was quite disappointed.

   We've always heard great things about this restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food, drinks and service were all great. We went on Valentine's Day so it was extremely busy but the staff did a great job of keeping up. And because of this, the menu was prix fixe, so we look forward to going back and trying the regular menu.

   Usually a very good restaurant, this Valentines Day dinner was something less than expected. Service was not good as I had to ask for a waiter twice just to order a drink. Water was brought only when requested as was bread. For what was being paid, we expected better. The food was ok but the filet medallions were tough to chew. They ran out of two desserts when they had a three course meal. It was not a night to remember. There is no ambiance in this restaurant so if food and service are not up to par, there isn’t much more to say.
