Fine food, wine & drinks, delivered with uncommon hospitality. Broad base of classic French Culinary Technique is the cornerstone for New American Cuisine, which is a true melting pot of cultures, ingredients, & techniques. We love the idea of applying modern day sensibilities to traditional recipes.

We have 2 levels at our restaurant, please indicate in the notes section if you are not able to navigate the stairs & need to be seated downstairs. (Lunch is downstairs only). Please note any dietary restrictions or let your server know upon arrival.

Parties of 7+, a credit card is required to hold the table & cancellation policy will be discussed when you make your reservation.

We do not offer a private dining area/outside seating/catering. We are happy to make suggestions if that is what you are looking for!

Corkage Fee is $20/bottle & Non-Postero Food Fee is $4/person

    Lamb Sirloin and Sides were outstanding. Deidra has waited on us before and was so excellent. We request her when able. Wine by the bottle moderately priced and encourages a bottle purchase over by the glass. Outstanding restaurant in downtown HVL. Easy parking at the 5th Ave. ramp.

    I’ll dream of that burrata toast with roasted grapes, toasted hazelnuts, rosemary and honey. His lamb and my steak were fork tender and perfectly portioned. Just a tad salty, but oh so delish! Sure, we’ll be back.

    My shrimp scampi was the best I’ve ever had. They made my birthday a very special time! We have eaten here several times and always enjoy it.

    I love everything about Posteros.. food was so good and beautifully prepared. Love the high ceilings and tables not too close. Deidre our server stuck with us when one of our party needed help with wine selection and offered to let us taste a few first.

    Consistently the best food in Hendersonville. The green goddess salad is outstanding as is the lamb. Zach does a great job at bar -- best dirty martini in Hendo. Thanks to Jason, Stephanie, and the whole team for consistent great dining.

    Our table wasn’t ready at our reservation time. Not a problem but I wish they had a bigger bar. The four of us didn’t fit. We still love this spot! ❤️
