   Made reservations and wasn’t disappointed. I had a 12oz Prime Rib (medium rare). My wife had the salmon. The Rib was perfect. Juicy & tender. Wife’s salmon was perfect as well. Worth every penny.

   It was a very busy night and we were seated 20 minutes after our reserved time. We ordered a bottle of wine, which usually comes quickly, but we had to ask our waiter’s assistant where the wine was after he served the salads. He looked into it and brought the wine himself. Not sure when it would have come if we hadn’t asked. The salad is normally tossed in a wooden bowl and then served, but this time it just showed up in a plate. The food was great as always, but we just felt they were in too big a hurry to offer a dining experience.

   We are Henderson locals transplanted from Calif 25 years ago.This is our favorite place to dine and to celebrate anniversaries or to just show out of town friends the best dinning in Vegas . The staff is the best in Vegas, the food is the perfect amounts and the atmosphere is perfect.The only thing i wish for is that the dress code for such a elegant restaurant would be more enforced and not allow people to destroy the mood by wearing workout out clothes , sweat pants and baseball caps at the tables.Sometimes forced class may be necessary. But otherwise this place gets a 10 every time. Not to forget the free parking.

   Had Christmas dinner here. They did switch up the menu a little bit from the years past. It was a pleasant surprise and we did enjoy the new appetizers. Their prime rib is always a delicious choice!

    We had a wonderful Christmas dinner at Primarily Prime Rib. The food was excellent. The service was courteous and prompt. Our server, Jana did an excellent job making sure we had all our needs met. Our food came out of the kitchen quickly and everything bite as delicious. We have the chicken cordon blue and New York steak. We have reservations for New Years Eve and can’t wait.
