Best steak in the Keys. She crab soup was great as was the truffle, smoke Gouda Mac n cheese. NY strip was tender, flavorful and perfectly cooked.

Perfect every time. The service was phenomenal. Moses did a fantastic job. He paced the the table, for order taking, drinks, appetizers to entrees. Never felt rushed or forgotten about. The food was scrumptious. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The sides were delicious ( asparagus, green beans and fries). The martinis and wine were lovely. The professional crew at Prime is above the rest. Mary, Philip, Maria and Moses make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Always an incredible experience! Great martinis, great wine list and delicious steaks and sides! And the staff is 1st in class, from the hostess, Mary, to our awesome waiter, Andre. Trust me when I tell you that this is one of the best steakhouses in the country!

We had heard great things about Prime but our experience was subpar at best. We sat outside which we prefer when in Key West but the noise level was so loud we could not hold a conversation. There was a large table across the patio who were screaming obscenities non- stop and laughing pretty much the entire time we were there. I am all about having a good time, but this was extreme. We addressed it with the waiter. He said we could move inside, but it was as loud in there and suggested if we wanted a quite dinner to come later. (We had a 7:30 dinner reservation and it was after 8 at the time of the conversation). To the food... steak was fair nothing special. The crab cake was great. Steak fries and Caesar salad were good. When the waiter brought our food he said are you missing anything and I said the side of brussels sprouts -they were brought to the table after I had finished my meal. At that point, I didn't want them and it was obvious that I was finished but the server helping left them. The waiter finally comes back to the table and said do you want desert, and we said just the check. He proceeds to say since the brussels were a little late coming to the table I can get you a desert. We were wanting to leave not prolong this experience.

Food was very good. Hostess was a bit distant. Server had too many tables to be as attentive as you would expect. But still a lovely meal. Hard to find how to enter the restaurant.

First timer and it was excellent. Steaks were nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection. Escargot is delicious. She crab soup wonderful.

Best Steak restaurant in Key West. I had the Oyster Rockefeller appetizer and Bone in Rib eye with creamed spinach. It was absolutely delicious. My fiancé had shrimp cocktail and dinner was filet mignon Oscar style. Best filet I’ve tasted. He loved it all. We will be back next time we come to Key west

I’ve been to many great steak houses in New York and this one was so on par with them. Food and service a 10. I can’t wait to go back. Never expected this in Key West.
