   Our server was amazing, very friendly and attentive, the food was absolutely incredible (so delicious) and the chefs making the pasta were so wonderful to interact with too. I wished I had more space to try more of the food. It was 10/10 experience and definitely worth the money.

   We heard about the Primrose Wine & Pasta Night from our son who had been at Christmas with work and raved about the food. We booked our table before we arrived in Banff to avoid disappointment. The location and the restaurant itself were lovely. We were greeted and taken to our table and as first timers provided with the locations of the food stations etc. the food on the self serve was good quality, well presented and delicious. The chefs creating the pasta dish from your chosen ingredients were masters and it was mesmerising to watch them cooking multiple dishes. All in all a 5⭐️ experience and will definitely return when we come again.

   Nice experience. The food was very good. Scallop Appetizer had some unique flavors. Our Mains: Duck and Lamb dishes were very good. The only negative we have, is we did not get any vegetables with our mains? So the lamb dish was the lamb shank on top of mashed potatoes/gravy (I substituted mashed instead of risotto). Same went for the Duck. We looked at the menu after to see if we missed some sort of ala cart for vegetables. For the price I would have expected a nice vegetable. The Waite staff were very good & attentive.

   We visited the Primrose restaurant at the Rimrock Hotel for their Wednesday Pasta Night, and we were blown away. With friends, we enjoyed filling a bowl with our favorite proteins and vegetables, which a chef cooked right in front of us, making the experience interactive and personalized. The charcuterie, salad, and dessert buffet was spectacular, and the service from Riley was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and professional. I highly recommend this themed night for anyone looking for great food, a cozy atmosphere, and a touch of fun. We will definitely be back!

   My husband and I went to The Primrose for their wine and pasta night and we didn’t realise it would be a whole show! The chefs were absolutely amazing and so kind! The food was amazing but we definitely didn’t eat as much as we hoped we would have. Our server Riley, was attentive and made our whole night. We had an absolute blast and would definitely come back!

   Dominique was an excellent and friendly server who made the evening fun ! Pasta Night & various buffet stations make for a huge selection of dinner choices. Having the Chefs prepare and cook your Pasta choices in front of you is a very enjoyable experience. As locals from Canmore we look forward to our next visit !
