    Our waitress asked if we wanted bread for the table. We said yes. She brought the plates and never came back with any bread. About 20 minutes later we had to ask her for bread. When the food was brought out, we didn’t see her again until we were almost finished eating. She came back as we were nearly finished to ask how everything was. I said good and started asking for another drink but she walked off as soon as she heard “good.” She came back later and asked if we wanted desserts. I made the reservation for my birthday and selected special occasion birthday. So I usually get a complimentary dessert. The table beside of us got complimentary birthday dessert. We also didn’t get a comment card as we usually do with the check. We paid and went back to the bar for the last drink I wanted. At least the bartenders were attentive and deserved the tips. Drinks were great.

    I was celebrating my wedding brunch yesterday with a party of seven. Was disappointed with service. Brought my own bottle of champagne. The waitress did not offer to open it until we had to ask. Service was extremely slow. There was a table behind us with about 12 women or so that was super loud. When I called to confirm the reservation, i indicated that I was celebrating getting married and was told that the restaurant does something special. Not sure what that was. Having good p friendly service would have been a start.

    Our server was friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent! The atmosphere was perfect! We could still hear the music above the chatter of surrounding customers. All in all a splendid evening!

    Our dinners at print Works are always so very good unfortunately our experience last night wasn’t up to par. Despite what seemed to be ample staff, our service wasn’t very good. Additionally, two of our dishes were subpar and when we flagged it for our server, nothing was done to resolve it. Specifically the French onion soup look like a bowl of bread, pudding with no broth at all and a mound of soggy bread. The kale salad with Brussel sprouts was dry and the dressing didn’t do enough to make up for it. Lastly, I had a hanger steak, which was the right cook at medium rare but the quality of the cut of meat wasn’t up to snuff. We love Printworks and we eat there very often because they are so consistently good. Unfortunately last night was a rare disappointment.

    Dining at Printworks is always a pleasure. We rely on it as a go to restaurant because it consistently has quality food & attentive servers. Today was no different. Service was impeccable & food was excellent.
