Dinner by Heston Blumenthal offers simple modern dishes, inspired by British historic gastronomy. Heston Blumenthal and Executive Chef Ashley Palmer-Watts have worked with food historians and from research at the British Library, to rediscover recipes from our celebrated British culinary history. The result is a contemporary menu offering dishes inspired by recipes dating as far back as the 14th century. From the now iconic Tudor-inspired Meat Fruit starter, through a seasonally inspired menu of game, meat and seafood all sourced from the finest suppliers in the British Isles, to the incredible soaked brioche dessert Tipsy Cake, our menu offers an exciting choice of options for a meal to remember.

Take a culinary journey into Britain’s historic, gastronomic past in the comfort of your own Private Dining Room. Seating up to 12 guests, the room is inspired by all the grandeur of Tudor times. Boasting a textural celebration of colour, with embossed, red leather-clad walls, chairs adorned with cobalt blue velvet and lit by the largest, single piece of hand-blown glass produced in Britain. Inset glass panels offer spectacular views across the entire dining room into the royal parkland beyond.

The Chef’s Table provides the ultimate culinary front–row seat. Situated directly opposite the custom-built show kitchen and accommodating up to 6 guests, the Chef's Table provides a fantastic opportunity to discover Dinner’s inner sanctum and observe the chefs creating their award winning dishes. A 6 or 8 course tasting menu is available for lunch and dinner, along with wine pairing options.
