Our private rooms at L’Ortolan offer an alternative space for those wanting to hold corporate meetings followed by a dinner, if you are rewarding a colleague, or celebrating a company achievement, or simply a private family dinner. We have three stunning private rooms, which can hold between 8 and 22 guests, all equipped with projectors and complimentary Wi-Fi. For larger parties the restaurant can be hired for exclusive use for up to 58 guests. A dedicated member of our team will be on hand from the early stages of planning your corporate or private dining event right through to the occasion itself - enabling you and your guests to truly relax and enjoy your L'Ortolan experience.

Champagne Room

The stylish Champagne Room has a specially commissioned, bubble-etched, glass table on a timber beam which creates a truly original dining setting for parties of 8 to 12. The room has gold découpage effect walls. Whilst the first floor windows, finely draped in honey coloured tuille, encourage a constant pouring of light to reflect the changing flow of the day’s mood. The L'Ortolan Champagne Room is ideally suited for relaxed lunches with friends or colleagues.
The Wine Cellar
16 Seated
The stunning Wine Cellar room has an atmosphere of grand theatre; dramatically rich, dark, and warm in style creating a mature and opulent feel. Seating from 13 up to 16, it is a room quite in harmony with the image and mood associated with quality wines and an established cellar. It is sumptuously decorated and furnished in deep red and strikingly offset by a magnificent mercury-backed French Empire mirror dating from 1810. The room is available for private and corporate events.
The Glass Room

With light and airy views, the Glass Room is an elegant place to dine at any time of the day. The room has an intimate atmosphere well suited to both gatherings of friends and family, and corporate events. Set against a floral backdrop in enchanting surroundings, the Glass Room terrace provides a tranquil, outdoor space where your guests can sip a glass of chilled Champagne.
