   I was seated promptly for my reservation. Then the waitress and all the other waiters proceeded to ignore me for 30 minutes. I wanted to order an appetizer and a drink while waiting on my friend who was running late, but they didn’t even glance at me or check in on me after getting me seated. It was really frustrating and made the entire experience at Vidorra unappealing and unprofessional. Also they play the music way, WAY too loud. I could barely hear my friend. It was 6:00 pm, still prime dinnertime— not yet time for the bar scene. Management needs to fix this and also ensure their waiters do a better job attending their tables, whether it’s a large group or 1 person.

   Anwar made sure to make my boyfriends birthday a memorable night really appreciate him and Vidorra in general never lets me down

   Our waiter Austin was as great as the food!! It was wonderful. There was a large group there that was loud but it never interfered with our service or the quality of the food! It was awesome!!

   We had reservations at 7:30pm, on a Monday, and within 5 mins, we were being seated. Everything was well organized and prepared. Our special occasion was celebrating our marriage and the ambiance and atmosphere was top tier. Truly a beautiful experience. Our server was amazing, and made everything run so smooth. The noise was minimal, we were still able to listen to the music without it being overly loud. My wife’s birthday is coming up, and she even decided to change the restaurant choice of hers! Will definitely be back!!

   The service was horrible. The steak fajita was cut with the grain of the meat so it was tough. I brought this to the waitress’ attention and she shrugged it off. No adjustment to the bill. Not impressed at all. Will not be back.

    We are regulars. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and were in a group of 10. The bill was split 3 ways. Upon our waitress returning with the checks one of the credit cards was missing. She told us she gave it back and we lost it, however we were searching. She never stopped to help and continued with here other tables after 8 mins or so we went to the front to ask and they said it was found on the other side of the restaurant. She never came back and said sorry or anything just blamed us for a card she lost. We locked the card just in case anything happened and wouldn’t you know a transaction was attempted. I’m very disappointed and will be waiting on the location to open near my home in Rockwall cause this was unacceptable from a place we visit often.
