   Really interesting menu and all dishes were very good. The amuse bouche with paired shot was really delicious, unique and fun.

   Proof is always our favorite spot and always delivers - did have issue on wife’s meal that never worked out but otherwise the other 3 were great. Not writing them off but expect better next time

   The food and drinks excellent The service was good when food was brought to the table by other staff however the friendliness of our waiter was limited I would ask a question I would get a rude reply It s a lively place not recommended for a quite evening

   Bar and table servers seemed to be distracted and not paying attention - had 3 bartenders right in front of me - talking to themselves - took 4 mins before one of them happened to turn and see me - ask if I wanted a drink - others in party sat at table and never did get served - they gave up and went to dinner table - 10 minute wait for first server - even had food come that was cold.

   Probably the best mussels we’ve ever had. My grilled wedge salad with chicken was fabulous! My husband really liked his bison burger. AND, delicious cocktails, and FABULOUS atmosphere!
