   Very nice atmosphere the singer girl was excellent and made the vibe even better. Food was hot and tasty. Service was slow due to numbers of people dinning. We waited 30 mins for our table. We were a bit surprised by the charge per person for the music and then a tip included onto this. I don’t think this was clear and should be set out at the outset.

   We walked in and WOW what an amazing venue, the staff were very helpful and attentive, the food was amazing and the music from Dee was fabulous. I would definitely recommend this amazing place and I can’t wait to come again.

   If you book an early sitting your table is yours for 2 hours and then they ask you to leave. On Saturday my order was taken 30 mins after my booking time. They asked us to leave evan before we had seen the dessert menu. I was not happy. They charged us 15% service for service that lent across you and charged music fee. Which came to an extra £150. I think they are taking advantage. I will not be going back.

   Great afternoon. We had a live band that were excellent. They went to each table for their music request and delivered every time. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. We had a 2 hour slot. We were able to stay longer and were not rushed at all. We had the brunch menu which was a set price. For the mains you had only the meat or fish and had to pay extra for vegetables and chips.

   We were booked to eat at 9.45 and were not offered a table until 10.30 which was too late so we did not get a meal. Still spent over £100 on wine.

   Service was distinctly average and slow but as the 2 hour limit loomed, we were rushed ridiculously - quite rude and off hand waiter, not efficient. Very noisy environment which was fine but quite chaotic. Food was ok but expensive for quality supplied - no more than average!

   Overall good. Good food. Nice music. Too commercial. Late with starters and mains therefore we missed our reservation at the next bar (meaning £200 charge as a no show) and all they would offer is a 20 minute space at the bar. Customer service lacking

   I booked Qualignos as a team lunch to celebrate the teams good work this year. This was the worst service I and my team have ever experienced from a restaurant. We arrived and waited 1 hr 45 minutes to even receive our starters, it was not until we complained at the 1 hour 30 minute mark that the service started to improve. At no point did anyone warn us about a potential delay. The whole team were super hungry. At no point did the staff apologise for this delay. We did not even consider staying for dessert due to the terrible service and we were there for 3 hours 30 minutes without a 3 course meal. To add, a waiter smashed some plates and food/liquid was spilt onto one of my team members jackets. No apology was given. Terrible service, none of my team will be returning and I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone given the service received. At the end of the meal, they gave everyone a glass of bubble - this was too late - if this had occurred earlier during the 1hr 30 minutes we were waiting with an apology this would have at least been better.

   Great food - a nice and different vibe. It is loud in there when the performers are on stage but that's what you sign up for when you go somewhere with entertainment! Sometimes the servers were a little slow and some of the staff were a little dismissive/not helpful.

    Amazing amazing amazing! I couldn’t fault the restaurant, it was gorgeous. A great atmosphere, we went on a Tuesday too! It is on the pricey side but definitely worth it if celebrating
