A neighborhood gem! This family-run Italian restaurant offers a chic, rustic atmosphere in a downtown Austin landmark historic 1876 building. Enjoy outdoor sidewalk cafe dining just steps from the Texas State Capitol (dog friendly).
We feature a wide variety of authentic Italian pastas, pizza, meats, seafood & unique daily specials. (GF and Veg options). Daily specials highlight the freshest and most seasonal offerings, such as Rigatoni Alla Norcina (sausage with truffle oil), house-made Gnocchi Sorrentina, and Whole Roasted Fish. Gelato, sorbets and desserts are delicious and made in-house.
The cozy full-bar offers classic Italian cocktails and a sizable wine list representing Italy’s diverse regions.
All breads and pizza are made daily using naturally leavened dough and an ancient fermentation process; this improves digestibility and creates a delicious flavor. Neapolitan pizzas are baked at 1000 degrees in a wood-fired brick oven. Your new Austin favorite.

We had a great time! This was our one-day-delayed Valentine's dinner and we had a great time. Our server was wonderful and the food was delicious. The food was straightforward - no upside-down, exotic, strange creations - but very nice and tasty. Ambiance was warm and wonderful. As for price? About 3x of Olive Garden, but about 50% of what we have had to pay for Valentine's Day dinners in Austin for the last several years. If you need dirt cheap, go to Olive Garden. If you can afford to pay more for a more polished and romantic experience, Quattro Gatti Ristorante delivers great value for the money paid. We will be back :-)

The food and service are always top notch at this quaint Italian restaurant. I go when in Austin and am always thrilled all around. The owners are engaged in service and preparation. Highly recommend always!!

Quattro is a real neighborhood gem. Food, wine, ambiance, staff. From first rate simple Bolognese on pasta to chef Gianfranco's latest creation, perfectly prepared fish steaks tonight, all wonderful. Nice grappas, nice wines. Home made gelato. Bring a date, a group, your favorite Texas politico from the capital two blocks away.

Been going there since the first week it opened. The owner is very nice and appreciates your business. Ciopino was my favorite there but it’s no longer on the menu. We sat outside and it was really nice but you’re hostage at times to the crazies on the street and I mean “crazy nut jobs”. lol

All the food was delicious! The Cesar salad had a light dressing that was perfect! We tried 2 different pastas & a pizza / it was all wonderful!
