Queen Mary Tea Room has been providing tea service and fine dining to Seattle and its visitors for 36 years. Our Afternoon Tea with the cranberry orange scones and crumpets to the mint cucumber tea sandwiches, and the silver teapots of Queen Mary's finest teas with the fine English bone china teacups, it's a tradition many generations have experienced.

Our Brunch and Lunch menus are also quite delicious with homemade quiches and soups that will bring you back again and again.

lovely, "british feel" experience - excellent, friendly service, w/ a relaxed atmosphere - table was set so nicely, & the tea was "divine" ! - also, here are 3 "constructive" comments that i hope will be helpful - 1) it was my b-day celebration lunch, & i was totally disappointed when our waitress, (so nice), delivered my "b-day surprise", which was a lonely, small cube of watermelon on a stick candle - - - really ! ? ? - the "Queen" can do so much better than that ! - a special, choc. dipped strawberry, a good quality chocolate, a mini cup cake, - - these things would signify a special occasion for the guest; certainly not a small cube of fruit ! ! 2) the lunch was a unique & fun experience, w/ an array of small treats on our 3 tier "tower for 2", w/ tea, mini sherbert scoops/cookie, etc. - it was all tasty, but soooo overpriced ! - times are tough, i know, but for the consumer, gosh, the quality & quantity of food did not warrant me paying $70.00 for my single lunch ! - 3) i am sooooo over "sharing" a public restroom w/ GUYS ! ! ! - they have their locker rooms & bathrooms, & we should get back to having our, private rooms ! ! - it is NOT safe, respectful, moral, etc., to have we ladies & younger girls "co-habitate" w/ men in public restrooms ! ! - aside from my comments here, though, i did have a fun, unique experience today, w/ great service - thank you, & i hope you can improve on my suggestions above - best regards - mary jane somnis

The Queen Mary is always a lovely experience: excellent service, delicious food, and the ambiance sits squarely in the Victorian Era feel. If you're looking for an afternoon tea, then I highly recommend the Queen Mary.

We ate the salmon quiche and pot pie and both were quite good. My primary complaint was that I felt rushed by the servers throughout the meal. They took the tea strainer and tea away before I was finished even though I asked them not to and kept trying to grab the lunch plates. Queen Mary is expensive, so they should allow their patrons to enjoy the experience without being rushed.

72$ per person. This comes with one 20-30 oz Tea pot (each person gets their own) and a small sorbet with one cookie, small sandwich cuts that add up to about a sandwich per person, the equivalent of about 7 very small cookies and breads per person. A tiny quiche a tiny sausage roll some fruit a shot glass of soup. The tables are small and became chaotic very quickly and for this reason I wish the servers had refilled our waters for us instead of just leaving it on the table. I would skip the "tea service" and just eat off the lunch menu with is much more reasonable 30$ pp, but they stop that service at 2pm and our res was 4:30 so we were stuck with 288$ Tea
