   Honestly a stunning location with the best view of Times Square! Lovely food, service and a relaxed atmosphere just perfect to escape the craziness of Times Square! Go here 100% you don’t be disappointed! Book ahead and ask for window seat :-)

   No music The hostess was cleaning tables. While we had to wait and the food was nasty my wine was nasty

   Fantastic location to view Times Square. Bar bites were perfect for what we were looking for and drinks were ok. A little pricey but your paying for the view.

   Such a gem! You can have fantastic views of time square without the busy crowds. The burger and cocktails were lovely :)

   Had an hour and 30 mins to eat and drink. They took 30 mins to take our order and then 30 mins brings us the drinks. Looked like they were only 2 waiters for 50 guests. Shame to the manager for not coming to help them. The view was nice though . You get windows sits if ur a party of 4

   Booked a table for 2 a couple of weeks ago for our first time in New York from the UK. Upon arrival, we were very happy with the service as the host who took our reservation details was very polite and even asked if we’d like to wait for window table with a view. We sat at the bar waiting for our table and ordered drinks. After around 15 minutes a few other customers had been seated so I approached the host to remind him we were waiting at the bar just in case he had forgotten. He took us to a window seat. I put my bag on the table to get my things from the bar. Another host gave me my bag thinking I had left it. I informed him we were just arriving and he told me the table was reserved. I said we had reserved a table 2 weeks prior and had just been given the table. He asked me if I was going to be ordering other drinks which we found odd in the way it was asked, as if we had just walked in from the street with no booking and he needed to check we would spend money. We were enjoying our drinks from the bar when the original host who had got us the table came over and asked the same question. At this point, we felt extremely unwelcome and confused because we were being treated as though we were an inconvenience even though we had reserved a table 2 weeks in advance, had only been seated for a few minutes and we only had the window seat in the first place because the host had offered it to us. I repeated that yes but we wanted to finish the ones we had first then the other host came over and asked if we were ready to order our other drinks. We were sat with half-full drinks still so I said no. At this point, the experience had been killed. We didn’t see anyone else getting questioned like this. The irony is at no point after we finished our drinks did either host come over to take our order but they were going around asking other tables constantly. Terrible experience.

   We had a reservation for 6 people at 9pm. When we arrived, we were told we would have to wait and would be behind two other groups, who neither had reservations. When asked how long, the host said it could be 30 min to an hour. We found a place near a window in the bar area but still wanted a table inside the lounge. The host said where we were was fine and wasn’t accommodating. The drinks were overpriced but fine however the glasses were filled with ice so you didn’t get much for what you payed for. The pretzel was huge and delicious. Overall, wouldn’t recommend due to the host’s unprofessionalism.

    Waiter was too busy. Had to flag him all the time for drinks and other. Was charged for something that I did not order. Was not given option what percent to give as tip. Just got charged with 20%gratuity. Although the dessert was given for free due to error, overall it was very good ambiance. Food is so so.
