   Eating there is about the view. It’s comfortable and pleasant. Menu is limited but food is good and service was okay.

   Bitterly disappointing. We booked almost a month ago for special birthday drinks on a trip to NY. We got a request for confirmation of our reservation earlier on the day, and replied - getting a ‘We are looking forward to welcoming you’ message back. We travelled for 40mins to get there - but on arrival were told it was closed for a private function booked ‘a while ago’. We were not allowed in, and were offered a drink instead in the normal hotel bar. The manager wasn’t too apologetic- saying he had received lots of complaints and the ‘app has been playing up’. I asked why they had confirmed on the day - he had no answer. I asked why they didn’t contact those with reservations to cancel - again - no answer. In a whole week of reservations, all of which have gone perfectly smoothly, this was the only one that failed - my suspicions are they were just short staffed. Will not go back, and cannot recommend if you want a guaranteed reservation. Very poor service.

   Booked this for the last night of our Newyork trip. I received an email the day before to confirm booking which I did then received an email to say it was all confirmed. Our booking was for 19:15, spoke to hotel reception who advised us, it doesn’t open till 19:30 thought a little odd they said we could go up and see if bar staff were there. The bar staff were there and told us it was closed for a private event, they were rude, unhelpful and couldn’t care that we had a booking nor did they apologies. We was so disappointed as we was really looking forward to this! Would not recommend! We wasn’t the only ones as quite a few other people turned up with the same issues.

   My friend and I both had made reservations for two different times and CONFIRMED the day before. Once we arrived for our reservation we were told the there was a private event and we could not be seated and nothing was done about it. Very rude. This was the highlight of our trip to see the lights and we did not get to see them. Very disappointing.

   Come here for the view and to escape the crowds. The menu limited but we knew this and the Caeser salad was very good ! On the expensive side for what we had but you are paying for the view and the pics were worth it !

   I have eaten here before and it is a great space to view Times Square. Unfortunately, beware, as a reservation means nothing anymore. We arrived at our appointed time and were turned away as the server said they were full and open table booked too many appointments. It is too hard at this place of town get last minute places to eat, especially when in a time crunch for a show.

   We booked with open table , as did the couple behind us , we were both told ‘we don’t honor reservations with open table ‘ so please remove them from your app it is strictly first come first serve , we were lucky to get a table and it was a great view

    Excellent service and staff. The lounge offers a fantastic view of Times Square. We had the truffle fries and calamari with cocktails. Everything was exceptional.
