I visited the location for my birthday, as I like to try various steakhouses on my special day. I was excited to patron 101 Steakhouse. The food was subpar, and my friend’s medium steak came out almost well done and extremely charred. The wine was not chilled appropriately (room temp), and the lighting made reading the menu a little difficult. Our waitress was phenomenal, and I received a free dessert for my birthday. However, I will not be returning. The quality of the food doesn’t support the prices.

Outstanding service and food. My wife and I had the ribeye (bone in and Delmonico). Both were delicious and savory. Looking forward to our next outing there.

Service was great, drinks were good. Our crab cake appetizer was wonderful, mashed potatoes and green bean sides were very good. We ordered the scallops and they were quite dissappointing. This was the main reason for 3 star. Unless you valet, parking is mildly confusing and annoying

We love 101 steak not pretension great community vibes from the bar ! (There are always regulars) we had a beautiful bone in Kansas City strip ! The mushrooms were to die for we had a little garlic truffle butter on them The corn yummy ! The Yorkshire pudding (bread) was all amazing ! We booked last minute and are always surprised it’s not jammed packed cause it’s “on par every time !

Our server was amazing! I ordered the duck which was well seasoned but dry. My companion had the double paddy burger which she loved. The corn side made with bacon and jalapeño peppers was outstanding as was the creamy spinach. First class wine list with great options by the glass and the oysters as a starter were fresh and delicious. What can I say? An almost (except for the dry duck) perfect evening.

Backside of the bar could’ve used some help, we had to literally flag down a bartender each time we wanted a drink. Both bartenders were definitely working but they could’ve used a 3rd set of hands. Appetizers were really good, the $70 bone in filet lacked flavor. Brussel sprouts weren’t fully cooked, but they were kind and took them off the check.

101 Steak is the best restaurant in Cobb County located in the Vinings. The staff is top notch in every regard. The chef is amazing no matter if you order steak or seafood. Great wine selection and cocktails everyone will enjoy!
