   Wait staff was not attentive, steak and duck were very dry (steak was asked to be cooked medium rare). Restaurant was very loud.

   We were pleasantly surprised with the fine food at 1540 Room. The dishes are prepared with with innovations and detail. One can tell the chef loves his creations . A must stop when you are in Savannah !

   Wonderful choice for a date night. The service from Kelly was absolutely amazing and made the entire meal perfect in every way possible. We can’t wait to return and continue exploring the menu

   Our dining experience at 1540 Room was top notch. The food , drinks, and ambiance were all great. PJ was very knowledgeable and personable. Great evening all around!

   Dining at 1540 is always a fantastic choice. The food is exceptional, offering a unique blend of flavors you won’t find anywhere else in Savannah. Chef Collins has truly mastered the art of innovative cuisine, and in my opinion, 1540 deserves a James Beard Award for the outstanding culinary experience it provides.

   My husband and I had a wonderful time. We loved the whipped tahini and the lamb sausage. Whisky drinks were also yummy and the service was lovely. We would recommend.

    One of the best dining experiences that I’ve had in Savannah in the past seven years since moving here. The service was amazing. Our server Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. The food was spectacular. A caringly curated menu with carefully chosen ingredients that were amazing combinations. From the scotch duck egg, which was the best I’ve ever eaten to the house, made olive oil, ice cream, and Mole’ chocolate and toasted marshmallow ice cream. I can’t say enough about this place and we will definitely be back. It became our favorite after just one visit. Definitely a culinary experience that we have been searching for in Savannah. They clearly care and are invested in what they are doing
