We dined last night at 16 Prime and had a good overall experience. The steaks were cooked to perfection, exactly as ordered. The mac and cheese was rich and flavorful, and the jalapeño cream corn was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the Chilean sea bass was slightly undercooked in the center, which was disappointing. The cocktails were strong and well-crafted. On a personal note, I found the sweet butter served with the bread a bit off-putting, as it wasn’t what I expected. However, the service was impeccable, making the evening enjoyable despite the small setbacks.

We recently tried 16 Prime for my birthday, and it was an amazing experience! First the food....our friends had the sea bass & the salmon they raved about it. My husband & I had steaks that were tender, juicy and full of flavor. The service....it was friendly & attentive, making for a very pleasant birthday celebration. The ambience...the atmosphere is modern yet cozy, making it a great spot for a special occasion or just a classy place for a night out. Appreciate the high class dress code. It's nice to dress up occasionally it our sometimes too relaxed culture. Highly recommend this place and it is such a great addition to our small community!

Excellent service, great food. The only suggestion I have is to expand the wine menu. You have two fairly good Cabs at a $40 price point but then the next step is $150/bottle and up.

Date night at 16 Prime was amazing. Food was delicious and the service was amazing. One negative was my husband’s steak was slightly overdone. Our server Maya was outstanding! So happy to have this higher end dining option in our little town of Denver.
