   Overall Service was absolutely wonderful, Stu really made it feel like a home kinda comfort. Food service that came across effortlessly warm. Florian served us couldn't have asked for more from a server.

   I recently visited Twenty Stories expecting a refined, bougie dining experience, but was quite disappointed. The atmosphere was unexpectedly loud, with even drunk patrons adding to the noise, which didn’t match the high-end vibe I anticipated. Despite the expensive prices, the portions were tiny, and overall, the experience wasn’t worth the hype. The only good thing was the views of the city.

   Very good meal and service. Although noisy in the bar area, it was fine in the restaurant. I was disappointed they wanted a significant service charge to bring our own birthday cake

   Excellent afternoon tea experience! Firstly I’d phoned the restaurant the day before our arrival to see if they could tweak the sandwich fillings for my young daughter & sure enough when we received the afternoon tea the chef had accommodated our request & I had a very happy child! Secondly the staff were very friendly & attentive & lovely ambience in the restaurant, it got busier as time went on but without feeling noisy or crowded. Lastly the actual afternoon tea was fantastic, enough selection of lovely savoury treats as well as sweet & all great quality - we left feeling very content! 5 star & would highly recommend! Thanks 20 Stories - we will be back :-)

   Overall ambience/atmosphere was lovely. Restaurant decor was lovely and a beautiful place to celebrate a birthday. The table decor and food presentation felt quite basic for the price we paid (we ordered steaks & an assortment of sides (lobster, mushroons, fries ~ the steak arrived served on a white plate no garnish ~ nothing). Service was good overall and we received a complimentary birthday brownie on a decorated plate which was a nice touch. We felt a little rushed towards the end of our meal as the waiter said they needed the table back in 15 mins. We had another drink in the bar which was nice and a stroll around the outdoor terrace which was lovely.

   Very enjoyable experience and first class service. Everything we ordered tasted lovely however my Ribeye steak was tough to chew which was not expected. Otherwise very happy

   We actually left without eating. I booked a table on 4 Oct 2024 for Monday, 13 January 2025 and requested a window table as it was my birthday . I appreciate not everyone can have a window seat but thought we'd be in with a pretty good chance having booked at the beginning of October for a Monday in January No, all window tables had gone by the time we arrived at 12.45 for our 1pm booking. The menu is fairly concise and we had decided prior to arriving that we would order the rack of lamb for 2. We were informed they had just sold the last of the rack of lamb. We then attempted to order the lobster for two....NO that had all gone too. Apparently they had been very busy on the Sunday (which is of no interest to us) . As there was nothing else on the menu that we wanted we decided to leave . Really surprised that a restaurant of this quality (???) does not have the full menu available. Very disappointed

   6 of us attended. Sunday dinners was great the steaks meals was dry and nothing special. Slow serving ce with drinks however the waiter was fab and friendly. For nearly £800 I wouldn’t say it was anything to shout about . One of us was waiting for parsley sauce for quite some time , er had to ask a few times for it.

    The best experience we had, lately ! The staff is amazing! Food is excellent and the view is stuning ! A gorgeous location mixed with warm and good food. We will definitely return!
