   Only two people working. Lots of tables left uncleaned. Buffet was lacking food. We left before placing order.

   Excellent experience during the stay for our sons Osu  orientation. Very friendly, very clean and organized. Allowed me to use their electrical charger for my car. Great location to visit Osu.

   Great experience. I met up with some friends before the spring game at OSU. We were seated right away and it wasnt long before the waiter came and took our order. The food and drinks were exceptional as well as the ambiance. Just a good time overall, and it is right across the street from the stadium.

   Arrived at the Blackwell on Monday, 2/6 with a peer and a new-position candidate for an 8:00am reservation, only to find out (through a paper sign) the bistro was closed for maintenance. Customers who had reservations should have been called/notified in advance in some way. It was embarrassing for us to show up with a candidate with the promise of a nice breakfast, and then have to take them to Panera for an impromptu crappy coffee and bagel in a fast-food atmosphere. Extremely disappointing experience.

   Very disappointing. They said we came at the right time, that all new food was put out. It wasn’t. It was old and very cold. They made it sound like that breakfast was over at noon. At 1230 we still only had cold picked over breakfast food. Spent $37 for two sodas as we could t eat any of the food.

   Went there for breakfast when dropping off daughter at college. It was the type of buffet you’d expect for a complimentary breakfast with a hotel stay. Service was ok until you wanted to get your bill and go. Staff disappeared. Another guy was trying to find them as well. Had to practically drag someone out of the kitchen to run my credit card to leave.

    Fine place and good food. The waitress made the experience un-enjoyable though. Our reservation was for 8:30pm on Valentine's Day and we were there on time. We both ordered a glass of wine and the set menu - 3 courses: appetizer, entrée, and dessert. We were in the middle of eating the entrée at about 9:20pm and the dessert was put in front of us on the table and then the check was given to us at 9:30pm - with no explanation. The place did not close until 10:00pm. This kind of ruined our enjoyment. I would recommend going someplace else. We don't have a reason to go back.
