For over thirty years locals and visitors have enjoyed dining at 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar, an award-winning waterfront restaurant located in San Pedro’s Cabrillo Marina. Guests are treated to a wide range of mouth-watering selections, including Potato Crusted Salmon, Wild Shrimp Scampi Fettuccini, and Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon, while relaxing and enjoying the expansive views of the marina, which often features fishing boats, birds, seals and more! The popular lobster bisque and New England clam chowder have been favorites for years. The Landing serves cocktails, a full wine list, and non-alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was developed and opened in 1990 by Dick Mannila, a retired USMC Vietnam veteran, who previously developed 31 Rusty Scupper restaurants across the country. This classic, elegant yet casual restaurant is a not to be missed dining experience.

Had a gathering for 6 friends and myself and it couldn't have been nicer. Our waiter was excellent as was the food and ambience.

We ate dinner based on a recommendation prior to our cruise the following morning. This restaurant surprised our expectations. The food was fresh and made in house. The ambience over looking the marina was great. The price was very reasonable for the location and menu. Service was friendly and efficient. It was quick but not feeling rushed. Highly recommend!!

Last night I had the best boulibasse I have ever had!!! We took our son to dinner and everyone loved their choice. Our waitress was cheerful and friendly and very attentive. We have been going to the 22nd Street Landing since they opened and have rarely ever been disappointed. Great restaurant, amazing views!

Food was *very* delicious, everyone was happy with their meals - it killed the conversation for a few minutes as everyone oohed aahed and wowed We had these three meals Swordfish Fisherman's Platter Shrimp scampi We also had the Lobster bisque and New England chowder soups.

We were staying at the Doubletree and this restaurant was close by so thought we would try it out. The employees were welcoming. It is a large restaurant so we were seated right away. The cocktail menu sounded great but were just ok. We ordered an espresso and lemondrop martini. Then for an appetizer we ordered the stuffed mushrooms which were very good. My husband ordered the steak with shrimp and I had the stuffed salmon. Coming from New England where the seafood is excellent, I would say the size and flavors of the meals were very good. All in all, the food was good, cocktails left something to be desired and the furnishing were very dated.
