   I am really struggling with this review. Is it possible to give a zero? Open Table shows our reservation was completed. This is far from the truth. Denied we had a reservation upon arrival. We pointed out it was with Open Table, made in November for New Year’s Eve, with both an email and text reconfirmation in the last two days. “386” is an Open Table partner. They denied that it was valid. After a few minutes of discussion, the owner suggested we could come back in an hour and there might be some no shows (no commitment of a table). BTW, there were a couple empty tables in the dining room. Both the hostess (daughter) and the owner were rude and dismissive. NEVER apologized. Never offered to make it right. Said they were having a bad day and we should show some compassion. After a half hour’s drive, there was literally NO WHERE ELSE at 7pm to seat us with less than an hour’s wait…if at all, even for carry out, other than the Publix grocery store. We made a reservation in November for an early, pleasant, New Year’s Eve dinner and had to eat grocery store carry out at 8pm. I suggest this restaurant be removed from Open Table permanently. They are not worth your time and money. PS By the time we’d arrived home, the Open Table listing had been altered to show “386” did not accept Open Table reservations - hmmmmm.

   The food is absolutely amazing! Every bite was a delight, and I'll definitely be back again very soon. The flavors and quality of the dishes truly stand out. I understand that the service can be a bit slow, but trust me, it's worth the wait. The fantastic food makes up for it, and I appreciate the effort put into each dish. Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience!

   Hidden Gem. Frank the owner & chef extraordinaire is a character worthy of a reality series. He delivers a dining experience bar none. Has the gift of flavorful innovative dishes & the art of beauty in plating. Fantastic meal with many specials not on the menu each more wondrous than the next. French onion soup oo la la ; addictive seafood pasta special, bread garlic dip from heaven…and Franks a hoot- icing on the cake. Reasonable pricing! Highly recommend you make a reservation direct or open table. As Arnold says “I will be back!”

   We have been here before and loved it. This time my duck was excellent but my friend had a poor quality steak. Server noticed that he did not eat much. She showed Owner who totally made it right! Gave him a whole take home dinner as we had to leave. That is customer care at its best!

   We had a sensational anniversary dinner with the food and service just fabulous. We really appreciated the extra attention we received for our special occasion. Great menu, well executed.

   386 now carries prime tomahawk ribeyes. Definitely top 5 steaks I've had and travel all over the US. Wife had the lobster ravioli in a pink vodka cream sauce,was the ultimate surf n turf

   386 knocked it out of the park AGAIN. They feature a tomahawk ribeye that's prime,of course I had to order it,UNBELIEVABLE
