   Ashley was very attentive and pleasant attitude. Filet was wonderful. Music and lighting not what expected. But enjoyed our visit and good food.

   Met up with an old colleague and friend at 3Eleven. We sat outside and someone came over to see if we had been greeted yet. Simon was our waiter and he was superb. He let us know the bar was backed up so it might be a minute for drinks. We ordered the calamari and spinach & artichoke dip; both were amazing. There was a temp mistake on the steaks but the GM quickly corrected it. Great area and great service!

   We went for brunch on a Thursday- there were three tables total and maybe 4 people at the bar. They had one server who seemed to be bar tender, host and server all in one. He could not manage in an efficient way. Our food was incredibly slow to come and then was cold when it arrived - there were 5 in our party and my meal came 7 minutes or so after the others. The chicken sandwich was recommended by the server but is basically just a breast on a ciabatta - nothing special and again sat under the warmer for a long time and was rubbery and the fries were cold, Not sure how this restaurant was so highly rated. Very disappointing- do not recommend.

   This place was amazing! My whole team is in Dallas for a work trip, and we wanted a fun place for a team dinner. It’s hard to find restaurants that would accommodate 8 in a group, but 3Eleven made it happen. Our server, Jason, was absolutely awesome! Everyone loved what they ordered and it was such a fun time! I would definitely recommend and would absolutely go back!

   We chose this place because it was close to The House of Blues where we were attending a show. It’s very over priced for subpar food. Food (shrimp w/rice) was bland and looked like something I would cook in my microwave. It was also served cold. The crab cake appetizer was decent but could have used lemon juice. I would have asked for lemon but the waiter never came to check on us after it was served. We had to ask for water, which he seemed annoyed to get for us. My wine glass was sticky on the outside & the table smelled like bleach. I will not be back & do NOT recommend!

   Ambiance was great, waiter was great and friendly. Got the spinach and artichoke dip as appetizers and was wonderful. Drinks were also fantastic. However the 311 chicken was way over cooked to the point you couldn’t eat it, Brussel sprouts were also under cooked. Overall , fair at the best!

    Walking in there’s a smell like the floors were mopped with dirty water. I was with a friend and our drinking glasses were dirty with plenty of fuzz particles on them. I asked for another one and it was in the same condition with an added dirty rim that I could feel with my fingers.The OJ tasted funny and also was served with a dirty glass. Ordered the salmon omelette and it was so so the biscuit was the best thing on it. Overall the experience was below average. Wouldn’t eat here again.
