   The food was pretty good but the service and overall experience lacked something to be desired. When we got our first course, we asked for silverware because our table was not set up when we were sat down there. They brought us each a fork and cocktail napkin. We had to ask again for silverware and a clothe napkin which they finally brought about 10 minutes later. Two of the items we ordered, they were out of, including a one of their three side dishes when it was only 8pm on a Saturday. Odd that the restaurant would not have been prepared for a weekend dinner service. Finally, when we were finished eating, we ordered a dessert to go and the waitress checked me out. We then proceeded to sit there another 30 minutes waiting for our dessert. When I finally was able to flag her back down, we asked about the dessert and she was surprised it was not out. I think she forgot to put it in in the first place. Needless to say, we were not all impressed with the service or overall dining experience.

   The management ruined the evening for us. The food came out like it had been sitting under a heat lamp, late and none of the servers knew what was going on. We were seated and sat at our table for 20 minutes without being greated or even given water. One server at the end of the evening came by to deliver drinks we didn’t order and said “he didn’t know where it went so he was just going to give it to us.” Meanwhile atleast two or three tables around us were just sitting with no service much like we had in the beginning, not even waters while they waited. I’m lucky I have a wonderful wife and we’ve both been in the service industry before. We could see the manager was the problem and literally making excuses about everything except their unpreparedness for the evening at ever table he visited. It was pretty sad and he was really speaking with a condescending tone. They were so unprepared that they were out of items in the menu, not that they ran out but that management hadn’t ordered properly for the booked evening. At one point they even turned the heaters off on the patio and it was 46 degrees. Very bad experience. What made it worse is that it was our 10 year anniversary and not one person came by to say anything or even provide us with a complimentary dessert for the even or drinks. What’s the point of booking a special evening if the location doesn’t even pay attention to the notes. Disaster.

   We came here for NYE. It was busy as you would expect. Service was just okay. No specials and did not honor daily specials. The food was good but not good as I had hoped for NYE.

   Service was really slow and scattered. Was seated with no silverware initial introduction took twenty minutes and drinks even longer. Kitchen was on point but the service was really bad.

   Services was bad. They forgot about our table and even after being reminded didn’t come by. There are other good places in the area I would recommend going to instead.

   The food was excellent. You could tell it with a new restaurant that was still working out. It’s service issues. They ran out of cloth napkins for the table instead gave us cocktail paper napkins that we had to ask for. Maybe they should’ve gone to the store and purchased full size napkins for the customer. The other thing that was a little disappointing, we ordered appetizers that took a very long time to come out, and they came out about a minute before our entrées. Three of the odds were served right after the appetizer and the fourth entrée was five minutes later. The kitchen needs to start tiny a lot better. Our survey was very nice, but it wasn’t very busy and I’m absolute convinced that they forgot we were sitting here at one point. Like I said, the food was really good. I don’t know that I would go back until they fix their service.

   Another delightful dinner at 400 G. Only negative was being informed by our server that the restaurant is slated to close! Tell me it isn’t so please! I am very sad to hear this news. You will be missed 😥

   We had another incredible meal at our favorite Italian restaurant. We are so upset to learn they are closing. I don’t understand it as it always is busy when we are there. Hate to lose this location.

    John was our server. He did a great job. The menu is not too big. The food was very good. The General Manager, Tom, I think, runs a nice restaurant. Thank you.
