   The hostess and our server isabel (I think!) were amazing. We had one hour to eat and there were 7 of us and she had us out right on time. Great burgers, too!! Great salads and fries!

   Seated quickly with our reservation. Greeted quickly by wait staff, food came out quickly as well. Burgers were delicious, drinks very good. My only point, fries not as crispy and hot as I would have liked. Overall, would eat there again with kids or for a more casual vibe when by Time Square!

   We have eaten here twice during our trip. Not much to choose from if you don’t eat meat but the N5 Veggie is the best vegetarian burger I’ve ever eaten. Salads are incredible too. Great cocktails.

   My guest and i both ordered the tuna burger on lettuce. It was tough and not enjoyable. Because of the service and everything else, we stayed and didn't complain after.

   5 Napkin Burger isn’t a normal Restaurant. It’s much more, despite that the food is from outstanding quality it’s a great experience. After a long day walking New York it’s a bonus!

    Great food! Prepare to be cold if seated anywhere near the door on a cold day. Excellent cocktails!
