   I had reservations and had to wait outside in the freezing cold 40 mins then once seated we waited 45 minutes for a waitress to even bring us water and only because i went to the bar and asked if anyone was coming and the amazing bartender was very nice and took our table even though it wasn't her tables. She was great but very busy at the bar so we suffered the lack of attention and service we needed. Food was good but pork was cold . Drinks ok

   Waited almost a hour just to order food and order drinks and never got them

   The seating that was given to sit was very uncomfortable no leg room very small seating no place to put your jacket. you have to hold it on your lap well you try to eat .maybe if I had a different table would’ve been a different experience thinking using this app would give you a better seating arrangement but that’s not the case probably better just walking in last min

   It’s always a pleasure to go and enjoy my night at 787 restaurant. The food, the service and everything is 10/10 ☺️ I love Puerto Rican food and culture

   Had a party of 8 every order was correct & food was delicious. Went on a Sunday and there was live music. We had a blast!

   Waiter was too busy on his phone to pay attention to us. Other servers had to step in and help. Great food and ambience otherwise

    Everything was good except service , our waitress was moved to the bar and nobody was taking care of us nobody ask if we need it something or anything i had to go to front and ask the lady for my bill because again nobody thought that since you moved the waitress to the bar her customer need it someone to take care of them
