   Very tasty! It was nice to be in a booth for our business dinner. Service was good and the eggplant fries were delicious!

   This was the loudest restaurant I've ever been in. It was overwhelming, annoying and really ruined the experience. Management should be able to keep people from ruining everyone's night by basically screaming for 1.5 hours. Why was it 1.5 hours you ask? It's because it took more than an hour from the time we ordered for us to get our food. We watched the table next to us that came in after we ordered get their food before I finally said something. Then magically we had our food a few minutes later and they gave me an excuse about a 20 top which was the group responsible for 100% of the noise that helped ruin the experience. They did comp 2 drinks for us and the food was incredible but it's not enough for me to go back. For the price we paid, I expect the sound level to be tolerable and for the management to be able to anticipate large crowds considering that they had to have a reservation.

   Very disappointing. $87 for two bowls of ravioli and a literal piece of toast. Like a piece of buttered breakfast toast. We also had two small drinks. Fruit flies buzzed around us the entire time. The booth was broken and uncomfortable. We tried, we won’t be returning.

   The food is great and I love trying out new cocktails. My husband always orders the same thing but he loves it so he's happy. I'm working through the menu, so far all good.

   Love coming here on Sundays because of happy hour. We really like Brooklyn as our waitress. The wild mushroom ravioli, tenderloin grill cheese and flatbread are always great. The drinks are super. Always make a reservation because you never know!

   Tito was not my waiter this time, but he is excellent. The cocktail that Heather created needs to stay on the drink menu. Good job Heather.

    940's – A Quintessential Denton Experience Rating: ★★★★★ (10/10) 940's embodies everything I love about Denton – hip, cool, unique, and full of personality. The food and drinks were just as impressive. We tried the wild mushroom ravioli, which was both intriguing and delicious. The rosemary beurre blanc sauce and roasted walnuts added a perfect balance of flavor and texture to the dish. For drinks, I had the Watermelon Jalapeño Mule. It had a delightful kick and was definitely a drink to savor slowly. My friend opted for the Honey Bee, a much sweeter cocktail where the honey and lemon paired beautifully. I enjoyed the experience so much that I've already made plans to return in just a few days! I highly recommend checking out 940's for a memorable and fun dining experience.
