                                                                                            Nice restaurant with good food. Friendly staff. 2 remarks: some tables are too small for 4 people. Pricing: 33,- Euro for a Schnitzel is a little overpriced!

                                                                                            Food was really good, but service was a mess. The service staff obviously was completely overchallenged. They did not get the dinners right, but instead of fixing it or apologizing for being confused with the orders, they started a discussion with us (and apologized one hour later, when they saw that it was their mistake, not ours). We have been asked on every single order, if we will order more during the evening (also at the bar), that made us feel very uncomfortable. It's a pity because we like the Hotel and we like staying at the bar, but I don't think we will visit the restaurant again.

                                                                                            My family and I were looking forward to dining at the hotel restaurant after a long drive. When we went down for our 7pm reservation we were told the restaurant was not open due to staff shortages. It would have been nice to be informed of this when we booked (or shortly after). Who's fault is this OpenTable or the restaurant? The only saving grace was help from an apologetic staff member calling another restaurant to make reservations an hour later.
