   Second visit. Love that they participate in the inKind app. Good is good with plenty of options for the whole family. We had family in town and they really enjoyed the food.

   Always love it here but it was very understaffed. Everything took long and server and busser were very busy.

   Husband's Guac was excellent (per him!), and his ceviche was also excellent, but the service was uncharacteristically, so poor (Server only came to our table 3 times - including taking the order and delivering the order - that I had to FLAG him down to come anywhere NEAR our table. And, I'm betting that HE messed up w/the LONG WAIT for the food delivery because, my food (taco/ enchiladas) tasted overcooked/reheated as the ends of the cheese enchiladas were HARD - HARDER than the crunchy taco shell! We will return because we LOVE this restaurant and their food, but they need some additional "coaching" of one of their servers or it will ruin their reputation for high quality food and high quality service.

   Food was good as always. The service was very slow. They seemed to have enough servers, I'm not sure if we kept getting forgotten about or what? We were seated by the kitchen so we would end up asking whoever was going in to get us stuff (poor soul!)

   Absolutely delicious! Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. From the moment we walked into Acapulco we were greeted with warmth by the incredible host Alejandra. Héctor, the manager, runs the restaurant with excellence service. He genuine care for the guests and provides an amazing experience. The Ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The entire staff was beyond amazing friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. This place is a true gem, and the team makes the experience unforgettable. Can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

   it was Taco Bell Tuesday we arrived for our reservation there was not many people in the restaurant . Taco Tuesday was good there was a choice of meats to put in the tacos and stuff to put on the sides beans onions salsas they were very good on freshly made tortillas. We also ordered from the menu a dinner #5 which was a beef enchilada and relleno rice and beans that was vvery good. Service was not really up to par. there seemed to be one waiterAlberto in our area he took our order and then disappeared it took a while for our food to come out of the kitchen then he disappeared again glasses went dry we were done and waited for the check he came with the check and it took a while for him to pickup my card and charge our meal suggestions maybe more wait staff to handle the dinning area will I come back ? yes I will

   It had been a long time since I had some good authentic Mexican food and Acapulco fulfilled my expectations. The food and service were awesome. I am so glad I found this restaurant to celebrate my brother's 65th birthday. During making reservations online I added a note that I was celebrating his birthday. I thought they didn't read my notes but after dinner the staff came over and sang Happy Birthday to him and they had even decorated the saucer with a chocolate 65 which made it very special. He was so happy and enjoyed the experience.

    Chips and Salsa is the best. Entrees are ok. We tried most, I suggest Fajitas
