   The experience was positive, food quality was excellent. Service was good, a bit slow. They offer two types of wasabi, one is traditional and the other is Kizami. I wish they told us up front that they charge $2.00 for kizami refill. They also charge a 3.5% service fee of your total bill. We didn’t mind paying for it, just needed to be aware. We will be back for more!

   The sushi was good but way overpriced. The music was too loud for a dinner setting IMO. I am not sure why they are rated as high as they are, and we will not go back again. Too many other fantastic sushi restaurants nearby.

   Haven’t been here for a few years and it was as delicious as I remember it. I’m not necessarily into cocktails but this is a place that I will always order one because they are made so well. Service was fantastic. Love the dim lighting and intimate ambiance. My only feedback is that I would love to see a bigger wine list. Specifically looking for red wines from outside the US. I also was disappointed to learn that they no longer offer the mango habanero sauce that I remember having on nigiri in the past.

   The sushi here was beautifully melt-in-your mouth fresh and nicely presented. The service was excellent, with the waiters clearly enthusiastic about their product and service. Proportions are fairly pricey and small (reflecting the high quality). The space is intimate (with only about 10-15 tables) with a dark, cool, "lounge like" feel. The cement walls, floors and 60's style lighting was a little harsh for our personal taste. But perfect for a 20s-30s, romantic date.

   Food was just ok and if the prices were lower we would have maybe been satisfied. We had the bluefin flight of 3 different types of tuna, which was 6 sashimi style pieces of tuna for $40. We’ve had tuna pretty much all over the country and this was nothing special or even remotely noteworthy. For the price we expected more. Not only that but the service was… weird? Don’t even know how to describe it. Our servers friends were sitting at the bar so we were already an afterthought. I ordered a cocktail & he told me “oh I dumped the purée last night so we don’t have that.” Okay.. ordered another one. After we had the tuna flight we asked what pieces specifically were on the flight and he looked at me confused “what are you talking about” & I had to ask several times “what was the difference in the tuna we just had” Like I said I couldn’t call it “bad” service but the whole encounter was just weird. Expected way more from the whole place with such good reviews and high prices. Won’t be going back.

   I described to the waiter what I was craving and he said that would create something off the menu. It was a tuna dish, and it was quite delicious. He was extremely professional and polite. I also enjoyed a taste of the Berry White and it was scrumptious. The orgeat brought it all together. I had a great experience and will be back.

   The service was impeccable, all the staff members were friendly, knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions. The menu is small but everything was delicious and super fresh. Definitely a unique sushi experience. Great date night place!

    Nice cozy little spot, it does have a cocktail lounge feel while still being a full service sushi restaurant.
