Pre booked a vegan& Gluten free Afternoon Tea for 2 with pigs back voucher Phoned back to add on 1 classic tea to pay on the day Arrived on time for mums birthday Waited 40 mins and advised there was a lot to plate up Sandwiches were gluten free but content were not vegan ( Prawns) 3 tiered trays on the table and totally confused as to what was vegan and gluten free Female Server pleasant but hard to understand Male server when asked to box up the remaining buns handed 3 brown paper bags for me to fill. No boxes to take away the extra. Felt disorganised and lacked the etiquette expected at a malmaison venue and an afternoon tea. Small increase in attention to detail could have made this much more enjoyable.
