Overly hyped afternoon tea experience. Great that they offer different selections but the service wasn’t the best I’ve experienced for £55 per pot. Felt like an eat quickly and get out of here kind of vibe. Selection of savoury were hit or miss - loved the devilled eggs. The sweets were meh. Scones were delightful.

Food and atmosphere excellent, service good, only complaint when ask for more tea was advised that they could pour hot water onto tea in pot but if we wanted fresh we would have to pay. And considering the cost, a second pot of fresh tea would not be unreasonable

Very delicious food. I went for my birthday and they gave me a free dessert with a candle. They also provided an extra pot of tea up on request free of charge. Highly recommend!

Food was nice, if you want more tea you have to pay! And the service was not good one lady in particular was very rude and the seating plan was not good I’m pregnant and I had to squeeze my belly through where everyone is sitting to go to to toilet not suitable if you are a bigger person as you will have the same problem! Won’t be returning as it’s a shame and as the food was good.

My wife and her 5 girl friends had a wonderful time. A lovely waitress looked after them from start to finish. The food, the service, the ambience, the decor - absolutely everything was superb - everyone loved it.

They forgot to serve our tea so we started the experience without tea and ask for it. At the end the waitress gave a stain on my husband's blouse. But overall it was a very nice exprerience in a beautiful space.

What a Nightmare! Absolutely shocking experience. We had a reservation but still ended up waiting 52 minutes to get seated. And it didn’t get any better after that—it took another 40 minutes just to get our tea. To be fair, the food and drinks were decent, but they’re not nearly good enough to justify that kind of wait. Loads of other people were having the same issue; some were even asking to see the manager. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
