   We have made the Phoenician Afternoon Tea a tradition for the past 5 years. We are now exposing our new toddler granddaughter to that tradition and looking forward to many years of continuing this tradition. Wanda, our server, has taken care of us every time. She’s always a delight and eager to please. The pianist, Lisa, was lovely as well. She was kind enough to play a Disney favorite for our granddaughter, which made her want to dance for a few minutes. We are making meaningful family memories at The Phoenician, that will last a lifetime. The white coconut tea was delicious, as were all the other tea sandwiches, scones, and desserts. The vibe is always lovely and we always feel like it’s a ‘special’ time for us. Liliana and Destiny were also wonderful, as they took time to chat with us and make us feel comfortable. Thank you again for being a part of our memories.

   The staff is incredible. We’ve been going there for over 20 yrs and the same staff is there creating a beautiful experience. The food has not changed mush of at all - that’s great! We love that the menu is exactly how we remember it and it is still a fabulous menu

   The staff are amazing. So attentive and generous. The room is lovely and the piano music beautiful. The only downside (out of the staff’s control) was a large table of younger women who were terribly loud the whole time. Sitting between us and the piano made it difficult to hear the music. That said, I will go again soon. I took my mother for Mother’s Day and she loved it.

   We had the best time with our 22 month old son. They have the kindest staff. The pianist played some really beautiful modern songs in a classical style. It was magic. The food was phenomenal.

   A fun event for a birthday! Service was outstanding and the hospitality was superb. Great place to venture out for tea and take in the views! Made the celebration very special.

   Had an amazing time for my daughter’s birthday celebration. They even had a small birthday dessert on the table when we arrived. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

   Afternoon Tea at the Phoenician. Food, ample amount, served beautifully and very tasty. The service, 5 stars. The ambiance was distracting. We were situated in the lobby that was roped off. There were people walking around in their bathing suits, talking loudly, several gentlemen without shirts on in flip flops. There was a T V on showing a golf tournament. Each of us paid 278.00 for this experience and it was not enjoyable. The Phoenician can do better than that. Extremely disappointing and we will not return.
