   Our table was in a direct line with the open front door, and it was uncomfortably cold. We spoke to a server about it and he shrugged it off.

   The food was excellent and the service was good when we got it. We had a reservation and waited more than one hour for the branzino and pasta dish to be served. And the pasta was almost cold. I think the restaurant needs more staff or should take fewer reservations.

   All of our entrees were tremendous. The Octopus salad was just ok, but the caponata was terrific. Service was spotty, but the servers were friendly.

   I am writing a mixed review. We started with the Caprese Salad and that was very nice. We also enjoyed the bread and the olive oil mixture to dip in the bread. My husband had a beef dish that he said was okay, not great. I had the pasta with pesto and I must say that the pesto that I make, at home, has a better flavor, more garlic. We shared the chocolate dessert, which was good. Most of the staff were attentive and helpful. However, when the check arrived, my husband realized that it showed 2 desserts while in fact we shared one....and then we had to wait a long time while someone created a new check.

   Used to be great but has gone downhill. Meat was fatty. Pasta was bland. Service was nice but understaffed. Back dining area smelled like a locker room.

   Been here a few times.. love the food , ambience and pricing. This time, unfortunately, with our a very poor experience with our waitress.Never let us taste the wine we ordered but simply poured it. Had to ask for water and bread which are standard things at this restaurant. Never checked on us after we finally received our meals. , Proceeded to have a 10 min left conversation with friends at a nearby table, never once looked in our direction (though we were trying discretely to get her attention). Thinking hard about never returning, but maybe we'll get lucky and get a different waitress next time.

    This was our third time dining here. It is a family owned restaurant I want to love but the service was so horrible starting with the hostess. We had a party of 7- two were seated when they arrived and then when I arrived she started to find a new table for me not realizing half our party was seated. It took 20 minutes to get water glasses and forever to get a waiter to notice us. The food is solid Italian food but the service was so bad it didn’t make up for the experience overall.
