   Food outstanding. However reservation was at 7pm. Sat immediately ordered sushi that took forever, came out 7:45. Same with dinner

   We were three couples out for a night of talk and good food. Akira Was perfect. We began our evening on the rood tp bar of the Ray hotel, and moved downstairs for dinner at Akira afterwards, a very nice flow of events. I noted in my star review, the noise level was quiet, but we were outside, and there were only a few couples out. We all observed the noise level indoors to be HIGH, and though it was a fun atmosphere, I would suggest dining outside if you want to converse. The food was SO good, interesting flavors and lovely presentation. The waiter made good recommendations. It's easy to over order these tapas style plates, so choose less and add as you go. None of us had room for dessert, damn shame! All in all a great night out!

   We really enjoyed our experience at Akira Back. The octopus carpaccio and lobster tempura were absolutely delicious, we can't wait to come back and try more dishes.

    Food and service was excellent. However, by 7:15pm the restaurant was very noisy. Difficult hearing the person next to me.
