Albert's is a neighbourhood wine bar nestled behind the heritage listed Kings Arcade in the leafy backstreets of Armadale. Our bar is named for the Australian artist, Albert Tucker who once resided in the area and more importantly depicted our beautiful 19th century building in his 1937 landscape.

We offer an ever-changing list of exciting wines by authentic small batch producers from all over the world, along with many classic 'non-wine' drinking options. Don’t expect a traditional restaurant menu, our kitchen offers up a variety of smaller, seasonal plates that are designed to share. Order one or two as a snack or combine several to create a more substantial meal.

Such a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Gorgeous wine bar with both inside and outside seating in a charming, secluded yet vibrant nook behind king arcade in Armadale. Menu contains a handful of selections for each of nibbles, small share plates, larger plates and dessert. Dishes all interesting and produce exquisite. Service exceptional. Strongly recommend this place.

The cheese platter was great but needed more bread. Our table was in a walk way so this was annoying for the person sitting in the chair near the doorway to the next dining areas and toilet.

Consistently one of the best wine bars in Melbourne. The menu and wine list are superb, and the service is attentive, professional, and classy.

So lucky to have this cosy little bar in my hood. Stunning food that changes regularly. Great for sharing but if you are like me you can order your own meal. Sitting inside is so cosy and where I like to be but outside is fun and full of energy. I walk past every night and wish I was sitting out there having a drink and sharing delicious food. It is a little gem tucked away in Armadale ♥️♥️

A great place to have an easy catch up with two friends. We had a bottle of a lovely Tassie Chardonnay and some seriously yummy olives. Waiter was attentive and charming. Albert’s is special.
